These are our default payment arrangements. Final order details are confirmed with the buyer.
Existing customers
- 30%Upon ordering.
- 60%A further payment at loading and dispatch, bringing the total paid to 90%.
- 10%The final balance upon delivery and inspection at the domestic port in China.
Buyers may send representatives to inspect at the port or packing facility. Inspection at the packing facility does not automatically change the payment schedule.
If you would like to discuss different payment terms, share your proposed percentages and timing, the reasons and the order context. Our team will bring the proposal to the business owner for discussion before agreeing any change. For an overland order without a domestic seaport, the applicable delivery point is confirmed separately.

Actual underwriting, buyer credit limits and any credit terms are subject to confirmation. This does not change the default payment schedule or mean that a specific order is already insured.
